The room we had included coffee/tea making equipment, multi-channel television, and a CD player. Sensational and great breakfast options, the food was great. This hotel was set in a central area right by the beach and town, pubs and restaurants, the shops 

I liked gorgeous breakfast, amazing views.

I had the queen room which was neat and wonderful. Included a TV and a kettle, and the bed was very comfy.

The view from quadruple room was amazing. The breakfast was very very good and sensational and there was a great selection of FAB food.

Fairly clean hotel with excellent staff and a good value. Warm twin room with the bedroom.

We had an amazing time in this friendly family run hotel in Paignton. A superb English breakfast was a plus. A TV and a kettle in our queen room were useful during stay.

The staff were really helpful and efficient, I loved everyone. Quadruple room was spotless and wonderful. I could use coffee/tea making machines and a DVD player.

Toast and cereal in the mornning in dining room. Warm, good sized unit with the bedroom.

Beds were a bit hard.

Absolutely fantastic and comfortable hotel with amazing view of the sea. Very friendly staff and incredible and amazing location short walk to the town centre of Paignton, the sea and the harbour area. Easy walk

The location was excellent as for me, just next door to the beach and town, the town centre of Paignton and other areas. The English breakfast was gorgeous, the best I've had.
